backwater surfaces. It's formulated with modified synthetic polymer emulsion, special anti-seepage inorganic binding powder, and hydrophobic functional additives.

Application Scope

     Specially designed for addressing issues like toxic
efflorescence on walls, water seepage and mold on
backwater surfaces, chalking and peeling of wall surfaces, poor paint quality, wall bubbling and cracking. It effectively resists the seepage of wall alkaline salts and nitrates. The coating's pH value is lower than 10, which does not affect subsequent latex paint application.

Construction Process

Precautions

1. The construction temperature should be between 5°C and 35°C. Outdoor construction should be avoided during strong winds or rainy days. In case of low-temperature and high-humidity conditions, consider extending the
recoating and maintenance time for the best coating effect.
2. Use the mixed slurry within 2 hours after preparation.
3. Ensure the substrate is wet with clean water before applying, but the substrate should not have visible water presence.
4. The storage temperature for liquid components should not be lower than 0°C.
5. Avoid mixing water with dried adhesive slurry.
6. Read the construction instructions carefully before starting.
7. Use appropriate protective measures, such as gloves, during construction.
