Product Description

 

This product is polyaspartic acid ester polyurea, also known as aspartic polyurea material. It is a two-component 100% solid content polyurea coating. It has excellent toughness and strength, can withstand the stress caused by concrete settlement or thermal expansion and contraction, and has excellent wear resistance and outstanding corrosion resistance.

                                              Procedure
1. Clean the construction surface, ensuring it is free from dust and debris, and dry. If there are cracks, fill them with Plugging King.
2. For cement substrates, use a primer to release minor gases, enhancing the adhesion between the substrate and topcoat.
3. For internal and external corners, significant cracks, and vertical surfaces, reinforce with polyester cloth after applying the primer.
4. Pour Components A and B into a clean container and stir thoroughly using a wooden stick. (For small amounts, use an electronic scale to achieve a 5:1 weight ratio for Components A and B, and seal unmixed material for future use.)
5. Apply a focused coat using a brush on internal and external corners, cracks, pipes, and tile gaps. Wait until dry before applying a full coat. 6. Use a roller to apply a 15-30CM high coat to the wall, working from inside to outside for easy exit. It's recommended to use a thin-layer, multiple-coat approach for best results, typically applying two coats.
