After sufficient mixing for 2-3 minutes, there should be no lumps before construction. The mixed mortar should be used up within 30 minutes, and secondary water should not be added during the construction process
4) Layered construction: The construction method adopts the plastering and pressing method, using scraper, trowel, etc. to evenly apply layer by layer. The vertical and horizontal scraping and repeated plastering should be carried out. When applying layer by layer, the thickness of the single layer should be greater than 6mm. After the previous layer of mortar is basically cured, the next layer of mortar should be applied for basement walls. The construction thickness of the top plate is 5-10mm (the thinnest part should not be less than 5mm), and during the slow setting period, it must be pressed and smoothed with mortar.
5) Curing method: The curing temperature should not be lower than 5 ° C, and the curing time should not be less than 3 days. Thin film or water spraying curing should be used no less than 2-3 times
